I lead the development of internal browser agents (Nova ACT), enterprise chatbots (Amazon Q), and generative training programs adopted across high-visibility Amazon and AWS initiatives. My work spans enterprise automation, GenAI training, custom GPT systems, and AI strategy for marketing and operations.
